Other men and women, gymholics mostly, seem to think that others are just ‘lazy’ and used to the luxuries of the contemporary world: cars, deliveries, etc. Some people cannot even for the life span of them squeeze on their own agenda in two hours of exercise and have busy schedules. Not to mention, the endless reps are deemed by many on exercising machines to be dull and tiring.

To be honest with you, exercise can’t come across as a ‘fun’ activity unless you are really into physical fitness and exercise center. Others only get past the “boredom” and focus their efforts on the outcomes to come. If you’re not able dismiss or to love the monotony, then you’ll probably find an exercise regime a weight and you will attempt to avoid it at all costs.
